Version 1 is hiring a Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a range of strategic project workstreams within a financial services environment. The postholder will play a critical role in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions. This role reports directly to the Head of Business Analysis and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), software developers, and testing teams. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business SMEs to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements. - Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for delivery teams. - Work closely with software developers and testers to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented. - Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders. - Conduct data analysis and modelling to support business and system changes. - Document and define system interface requirements. - Support delivery across multiple project workstreams including Front Office Reporting Analysis, Back Office Reporting Analysis, and Systems Interface Analysis. - Ensure all deliverables meet agreed standards and align with organisational objectives. - Perform any additional related activities that are reasonably incidental to the core responsibilities.
