Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for insurance platforms.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, product, IT, and compliance departments.
- Model current and target business processes using BPMN or UML and pinpoint optimization areas.
- Develop test scenarios and assist in user acceptance testing for system updates and new product rollouts.
- Partner with technical architects to ensure solutions are functionally sound and scalable.
- Advance digital transformation and automation projects such as first notice of loss, electronic claims, and motor vehicle assessments.
- Assist in integrating external services including brokers, reinsurers, and repair networks.
- Improve data integrity, policy precision, and operational performance through ongoing refinement initiatives.
