Job Description - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for software projects. - Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. - Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and user stories that outline the scope, objectives, and functionality of software projects. - Work closely with software developers and quality assurance teams to ensure that solutions are developed and tested according to client requirements and industry best practices. - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding throughout the software development lifecycle. - Assist in the prioritization of features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints. - Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide support and guidance to end-users during system implementation, training, and post-implementation support phases. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of implemented solutions to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for further improvement. - Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and software development. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Skills & Professional Requirements: - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights. - Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations. - Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus. Experience Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience. - Experience in the software industry, particularly in areas such as software product development, SaaS, or IT consulting, is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of business processes, requirements elicitation techniques, and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Experience with business analysis tools and techniques such as process modelling, data modelling, and requirements management tools.
