Responsibilities
- Advance product vision by researching and validating intuitive user experiences through ideation, sketching, and concept testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria while assessing technical feasibility and design impact.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of current product features, business rules, and customer processes to support product evolution and expansion.
- Transform ideas and requirements into detailed deliverables such as wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and documentation.
- Work with engineering teams to evaluate technical options and develop practical, innovative solutions to implementation challenges.
- Partner with quality assurance teams by establishing test criteria, aiding test planning, analyzing outcomes, and shaping testing strategies.
- Lead and support user acceptance testing activities, including test execution, issue verification, approvals, and readiness assessments.
- Make strategic decisions on user interface and experience design for new and existing features, balancing usability, consistency, and technical limitations.
- Help refine current product development and delivery processes and establish new ones where necessary.
- Engage effectively with cross-functional colleagues including analysts, developers, project managers, and QA specialists.
- Support the creation of documentation such as release notes, user manuals, and other content to aid product adoption and use.
Compensation
Annual base pay typically ranges from $95,000 to $105,000, with final offers influenced by location, expertise, education, and experience. Additional compensation may include discretionary or performance-based bonuses.
