Responsibilities
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to communicate project updates, clarify requirements, and provide delivery guidance.
- Gather, record, and oversee business requirements from product owners and key stakeholders.
- Convert business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance conditions, and functional documentation using Jira and Confluence.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder review meetings in partnership with engineering and quality assurance teams.
- Perform gap analysis and map workflows to uncover optimization opportunities within the BX platform.
- Assist in planning user acceptance testing, creating test scripts, and securing stakeholder approval.
- Develop comprehensive documentation such as business requirement documents, process diagrams, data definitions, and use case models.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance tasks.
