Responsibilities
- Evaluate intricate and sometimes contradictory business and user requirements gathered from diverse sources
- Model detailed workflows and data exchanges using clear documentation for effective stakeholder and team communication
- Convert user expectations into actionable system requirements
- Assess internal and external contexts to identify and manage non-functional requirements
- Monitor, evaluate, and maintain requirement documentation, ensuring traceability and proper prioritisation
- Engage stakeholders through consultative negotiation to align user-centred design with operational needs
- Develop well-structured user stories with unambiguous and verifiable acceptance conditions
- Support the internal Business Analysis Community of Practice through active participation and mentoring of junior analysts
