Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members and business stakeholders to evaluate the value, technical requirements, and viability of product concepts for the client.
- Prioritize requirements to align with customer and business objectives, and coordinate future releases to ensure awareness, training, and engagement across customers, prospects, and internal teams.
- Define near- and mid-term strategic roadmaps that support the client's organizational targets and overarching product vision.
- Partner with engineering teams to contribute to product design decisions for the client.
- Guide the team in establishing measurable and realistic short- and long-term product goals for the client.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to shape release plans that support strategic objectives, and clarify product requirements within each release to support accurate estimation and delivery tracking.
- Collect product insights from internal teams, client customers, and external strategic collaborators.
- Carry out user research, usability testing, and usage data analysis to enhance product performance and user experience for the client.
- Act as a mentor to product managers and promote strong product practices within the client's organization.
- Support the definition and monitoring of revenue targets and product adoption metrics for the client.
- Discover and assess new product opportunities to grow the client's reachable market and project financial outcomes.
