Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing campaigns centered on narrative depth rather than sales-driven messaging, ensuring consistency with the studio's artistic identity.
- Lead all marketing activities in North America, adapting global strategies to connect meaningfully with Gen Z and introspective, values-driven audiences.
- Create end-to-end brand strategies for flagship titles and ongoing content updates, guiding initiatives from initial announcement through live execution.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and define success metrics that include emotional resonance and community well-being in addition to growth indicators.
- Advocate for the player community within the organization, shaping marketing plans based on genuine user insights and relationship-building.
- Review all creative assets and messaging to ensure they feel natural and respectful, avoiding overt commercial language that could erode trust.
- Collaborate with content creators whose personal values align with the brand, prioritizing authentic partnerships over transactional influencer marketing.
- Work closely with creative teams to shape distinctive visual styles, campaign themes, and overarching creative concepts.
- Build strategic marketing efforts that strengthen the studio’s cultural footprint and contribute to a lasting brand legacy.
- Explore unconventional platforms and channels where target audiences naturally engage.
- Promote a culture of fast iteration, using performance data to refine campaigns quickly and effectively.
- Drive complex marketing initiatives from concept to completion, maintaining clear processes and alignment across departments.
