Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Brand Experience Designer to lead and elevate our brand storytelling across digital, product, and business development channels. In this remote role, you will translate complex ideas into elegant visual experiences and drive consistency and innovation in brand expression within our mission-driven environment focused on energy efficiency and sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and evolution of brand systems, ensuring consistent and innovative visual storytelling across all platforms.
- Create sophisticated data visualizations, illustrations, and motion graphics that simplify complex energy and product concepts.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, marketing, business development, and external agencies to deliver cohesive branded experiences.
- Drive the execution of major brand initiatives including websites, sales enablement materials, campaigns, and event assets.
- Provide creative leadership and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Utilize AI and modern design tools to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
- Communicate design vision clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of design experience in agency or in-house settings, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, motion design, and data visualization.
- Proven ability to execute large-scale brand initiatives and collaborate across teams to align creative and strategic goals.
- Expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, and simplifying complex narratives through design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Suite, and integrating AI tools into design workflows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience mentoring team members.
- Comfortable working with remote teams across different time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the energy sector, startups, business development collateral, multi-brand design systems, or illustration.
