Responsibilities
- Collaborate across all Brand Studio initiatives including campaigns, web, social, and brand projects with a team committed to high creative standards.
- Lead the creative direction for growth-focused channels, defining brand excellence in performance marketing and setting enduring creative benchmarks.
- Develop paid advertising content in static, motion, and social media formats, ensuring brand consistency while optimizing for performance.
- Apply creative testing strategically by forming hypotheses, experimenting boldly, and using both data and insights to refine creative and brand direction.
- Work closely with growth marketing teams on campaign planning, iterative development, and channel-specific strategies.
- Translate product user interfaces into visually engaging assets tailored for marketing and growth initiatives.
- Design visual content for lifecycle marketing, including email graphics, landing pages, and other conversion-oriented materials.
- Lead video art direction and coordinate with production partners as needed for campaign execution.
- Create efficient, scalable creative systems such as templates, asset libraries, and workflows to increase team speed without compromising quality.
- Help evolve the overall brand system as it applies to growth and performance marketing contexts.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate creative production, test variations quickly, and generate custom visuals for growth campaigns.
