We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and coordinate our end-to-end proposal and tender processes for government and enterprise-sector clients. The successful candidate will manage high-value bids across our software and ICT solutions portfolio—ensuring submissions are compliant, competitive, and compelling.
Responsibilities
Manage the full bid lifecycle: opportunity assessment, qualification, planning, content development, submission, and post-bid review.
Coordinate input from technical, sales, legal, finance, and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
Analyze RFPs / RFQs / ITTs to ensure full understanding of requirements, deliverables, and compliance obligations.
Create bid plans, timelines, and review schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s value proposition.
Maintain a repository of reusable bid content and templates for future proposals.
Lead bid reviews and ensure adherence to internal governance processes.
Support negotiation and handover to project delivery upon award.
