I KNOW HOW S.A is hiring a Senior Bid Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete bidding process from initial opportunity evaluation through final submission and post-submission analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, sales, legal, finance, and delivery units to produce competitive proposals.
  • Interpret and assess RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs to fully grasp project requirements, expected outcomes, and compliance criteria.
  • Develop detailed bid schedules, action plans, and milestone reviews to guarantee timely proposal delivery.
  • Draft and refine proposal content with a focus on clear communication, coherence, and alignment with organizational strengths.
  • Build and manage a centralized library of standardized proposal materials and reusable content templates.
  • Conduct formal bid evaluations and ensure compliance with internal approval workflows and governance standards.
  • Assist in contract negotiation and facilitate smooth transition of awarded projects to delivery teams.
