Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is hiring a Senior Bid Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own bids end-to-end: planning, kick-off, client clarifications, drafting, reviews, signoff, and submission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality responses.
  • Quality assures bid responses against client requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Support pitch creation alongside marketing and delivery teams.
  • Run internal bid debriefs and support fellow Bid Managers as needed.
  • Contribute to the continual development of Methods’ bid repository and collateral.
  • Mentor a team of juniors through coaching, job shadowing and skills development in the UK.
  • Act as a role model, fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
  • Identify training needs and support the professional growth of team members.
  • Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
