Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and oversee group benefits, retirement, and employee perks programs in alignment with global strategy.
- Manage the yearly benefits renewal cycle and assist with open enrollment operations.
- Lead vendor selection and ongoing performance management for benefits and retirement providers.
- Administer and enhance leave of absence programs, including disability, parental, and other leave types in Canada and the U.S.
- Create and monitor key performance indicators to assess program outcomes and detect trends.
- Partner with international brokers to evaluate market developments and align offerings with global objectives.
- Collaborate with HRIS, payroll, and business units to define system requirements, resolve issues, and improve data integration.
- Assist HR teams and employees with complex benefit-related inquiries and escalated cases.
