Treatwell is looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to make meaningful contributions to our company's direction. You'll work on a variety of technologies, driving improvements in both processes and software, and help accelerate our journey.

What We're Looking For
- Experience with most of our tech stack: Java with Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Git, GitLab, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Knowledge of good technical design and how to ensure quality is embedded in the software development process.
- Deep understanding of how distributed applications are designed and built.
- Proven experience in a high-performing, autonomous Agile development team that delivers continuously.
- Experience with practices like pair programming, automated testing, TDD, BDD, and continuous integration (trunk base development).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use skills and expertise to improve the lives of those around you.
- Ability to develop mentoring and leadership skills whilst collaborating with other Engineers.
