Responsibilities
- Lead the full development lifecycle of AI-integrated features, with ownership over system quality, response speed, and operational cost.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs capable of handling high traffic and real-world usage demands.
- Implement monitoring and analytics for all deployed systems, analyze performance data, and resolve issues proactively.
- Conduct thorough code and architecture reviews, challenging designs when necessary to ensure technical integrity.
- Support the transition of experimental AI components—such as prompts, retrieval logic, and agent behaviors—into production-grade systems.
- Champion personal and team wellbeing by modeling healthy work habits, encouraging time off, and fostering a supportive, balanced workplace culture.
