Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain backend components including APIs, background processing tasks, and third-party integrations.
- Enhance and oversee the data pipeline by writing accurate PostgreSQL and BigQuery queries to ensure affiliate data integrity for clicks, conversions, commissions, and payouts.
- Create internal reporting tools and dashboards for payout summaries, revenue attribution, and cohort analysis.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks such as inefficient queries, slow background jobs, and system constraints under heavy load.
- Leverage AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor daily to accelerate development workflows.
- Collaborate asynchronously within a small, autonomous team with minimal meetings, emphasizing ownership from development through monitoring.
- Participate in rotating technical support duties, including running custom diagnostics, troubleshooting client-specific issues, and investigating data anomalies.
