What You'll Do - Design and architect scalable backend infrastructure, APIs, and services for our open-source platform - Craft exceptional developer interfaces: APIs, SDKs, UIs, and runtime environments that exceed developer expectations - Directly engage with customers to resolve complex integration challenges - Enhance performance, scalability, and reliability across backend services - Contribute strategically to company roadmap and decision-making processes - Actively participate in open-source community, managing and maintaining our repository Who you are - 5+ years of backend engineering expertise, demonstrating capability in scaling high-traffic systems - Extensive background in developer infrastructure, API design, database management, and performance-critical architectures - Genuine enthusiasm for developer tools, industry best practices, and exceptional user experience - Proficient with Node.js and contemporary backend technology stacks - Exceptional communicator, proactively reliable in remote-first work environments - Product-oriented mindset with deep developer empathy: consistently optimizing user experience - Pragmatic, positive attitude with minimal ego: capable of managing incidents and supporting teammates - Startup-ready: autonomous, driven by ownership, adept at navigating ambiguous scenarios If you're an experienced backend engineer passionate about developer infrastructure, thriving on ownership, and eager to revolutionize integration technologies — we want to connect with you.
