Responsibilities

- Discuss trade-offs with product managers, explain technical constraints to business stakeholders, and collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers for end-to-end solutions.
- Have deep expertise in .NET and C# with a focus on maintainable, scalable code and distributed architectures, knowing when to apply complexity or simplicity.
- Build data-intensive applications and understand working in a regulated environment.
- Take ownership of code and the outcomes it produces.
- Act without prompting—whether addressing customer issues, improving team processes, or mentoring colleagues.
- Explore adjacent domains like frontend code, ML models, or analytics to understand feature performance.
- Prioritize quality through automated testing, thorough code reviews, and security best practices.
- Balance technical excellence with pragmatism, keeping end users and business goals in mind.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional backend development with a product engineering mindset
- Excellent knowledge of the .NET platform and C#
- Hands-on experience architecting and evolving distributed systems in production
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers from other disciplines
- Strong business acumen—understanding how work connects to company objectives
- Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences
- A builder's mentality: caring deeply about shipping great products, not just writing great code
