DaCodes is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer - PHP & API Development to join our Loyalty App team. You will build the backend systems that support mobile applications for clients in LATAM and the United States. We are a high-impact digital transformation firm with over 220 talented professionals focused on technology and innovation.

What You'll Do

Build backend components and APIs to support mobile apps.
Collaborate closely with native and backend engineers, as well as cross-functional partners.
Design, develop, experiment, and implement new features that empower buyers to shop with confidence.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in backend/API software engineering or equivalent.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
Proficiency in the PHP programming language.
Advanced Proficiency English level.
Experience with API design and development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Nice to Have

Experience with RESTful APIs.
