Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Develop and enhance microservices and event-driven system architectures.
- Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous messaging with Kafka.
- Engage in technical design, code reviews, and high-level architectural planning.
- Support the development of CI/CD pipelines and promote automated testing practices.
- Work closely with international cross-functional teams on integrated solutions.
- Ensure all systems meet defined standards for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Advance team capabilities through knowledge sharing and technical mentorship.
