Plural is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build the infrastructure for programmable capital markets and re-architect how real-world assets are financed. You will own backend services end-to-end, architect high-reliability APIs, and turn complex finance and energy workflows into intuitive software.
What You'll Do
- Own backend services end-to-end—design, build, deploy, and iterate
- Architect high-reliability APIs that connect investors, assets, and DeFi protocols
- Turn complex finance and energy workflows into intuitive software
- Collaborate directly with our CTO and Co-Founder in short, fast feedback loops
- Ship code that’s performant, secure, and built to scale
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years shipping and maintaining production backend systems
- Expertise in Python (or similar), architecture, and data modeling
- Proven record of high ownership and delivering impact
Nice to Have
- DeFi or FinTech experience
- Django experience
- Google Cloud experience
Technical Stack
