About the Role
Join a fast-moving team in Malaga as a Senior Backend Engineer focused on the Sportsbook area, where you will tackle high-impact technical challenges and drive meaningful progress. Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of tasks while solving complex issues and working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the end-to-end development process, from concept through to deployment in production environments.
- Develop systems with scalability, reliability, speed, and security as core priorities across all layers.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA specialists, and fellow developers in an agile and team-oriented setting.
- Integrate new offerings and create internal tools that strengthen the overall platform infrastructure.
- Perform thorough code reviews and support the professional growth of team members through mentorship.
- Ensure all services meet production standards by implementing monitoring, alerting, and participating in on-call rotations.
