Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain high-throughput backend services handling hundreds of millions of weekly events, alerts, and notifications from globally deployed security hardware.
- Lead architectural planning and technical design for new capabilities in event processing, alert rule logic, and notification systems.
- Take full ownership of critical backend systems, guiding them from concept to deployment with ongoing testing, monitoring, and performance improvements.
- Advance backend infrastructure by integrating AI-driven features and processing pipelines.
- Support and mentor less experienced engineers through code reviews, technical feedback, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Help develop and maintain a public-facing API used by customers to connect with their security and operations platforms.
- Work closely with product teams, engineering leads, and cross-functional groups to deliver impactful, scalable product features.
