Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of foundational AI systems, including the MCP server, natural language interface, and Semantic Context Layer that captures domain-specific knowledge.
- Advise on data architecture to ensure efficient and secure access to enterprise data sources for AI and LLM-based applications.
- Collaborate with data engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams to build scalable, real-time services for AI-powered workflows.
- Participate across all stages of the product lifecycle with a focus on system design and long-term technical planning.
- Guide and mentor mid-level engineers to improve team-wide technical capabilities and raise overall engineering standards.
- Lead technical decision-making and align with engineering leadership on system design and roadmap planning.
- Collaborate directly with product teams, subject matter experts, and customers to define and refine effective technical solutions.
