Responsibilities
- Design and support server-side functionality with Django and Python
- Build Django models that interface with PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching layers
- Connect and manage integrations with external APIs and third-party services
- Work closely with front-end developers to implement user interface components
- Enhance system performance and ensure scalability of applications
- Produce well-structured, modular, and maintainable code within a logical directory structure
- Engage with team members to integrate frontend elements with backend systems
- Take part in code review processes and help refine development workflows
