Responsibilities
- Manage intricate, multi-regional B2B initiatives with substantial financial impact, from strategic planning to high-level implementation.
- Assume complete project responsibility, from initial planning to execution, across one or multiple B2B markets with independent accountability.
- Serve as the commercial leader for newly acquired companies, developing integration roadmaps and ensuring cross-regional teams meet key milestones.
- Collaborate with global leadership and regional teams to ensure seamless, strategy-aligned project management initiatives.
- Oversee the comprehensive B2B business intelligence framework, setting global KPIs and data governance standards for the executive board.
- Advance the reporting agenda by innovating and improving existing processes.
- Champion AI integration for global B2B Sales by identifying, assessing, and incorporating advanced commercial intelligence tools.
- Facilitate the regional-to-global OKR process and steering committees, ensuring regional Sales Directors meet global objectives.
- Co-create the 3-year global B2B strategy in collaboration with the Head of B2B Strategy and CSO.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for multi-market expansions and strategic brand integrations.
- Lead commercial due diligence and determine go-to-market strategies for new market entries and strategic brand integrations.
