Responsibilities
- Define and execute scalable automation strategies that support the broader testing objectives.
- Develop and sustain Selenium WebDriver test scripts and comprehensive test plans to identify defects early and increase test coverage.
- Improve automation frameworks for better performance and reliability, including management of Selenium Grid and parallel test execution.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows to maintain continuous quality assurance and accelerate feedback.
- Partner with QA, development, product, and business teams to align testing with project goals and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote consistent testing standards.
- Produce test metrics, evaluate outcomes, and support continuous enhancement of testing processes and tools.
