Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of client business operations, processes, and financial reporting systems.
  • Assess internal control effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and support.
  • Work with clients to address business challenges and support their goals.
  • Keep current with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of external auditing experience
  • Proficient in IFRS standards
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards
  • Skilled in audit software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead and manage an audit team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Experience managing multiple audits simultaneously
  • Ability to have fun

Nice to Have

  • Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred
