Responsibilities
- Improve current systems and introduce new features to address complex future challenges
- Sustain and modernize application logic and user interface components
- Pursue optimal equilibrium between application performance and system stability
- Assume end-to-end ownership of technical systems at the VP level
- Participate directly in technical development and strategic planning for large-scale system evolution
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Work closely with internal business units to align technology with operational goals
- Guide and support junior developers within the investment technology group
