Responsibilities

  • Update project records in internal systems, distribute cost-related documentation, and lead internal project launch meetings.
  • Develop the project charter, risk register, schedule timeline, and communication strategy.
  • Ensure procurement of required resources, track project progress, and manage regulatory compliance coordination.
  • Monitor project scope, timeline, and budget; oversee risk mitigation and handle change control processes.
  • Document key insights from project experience, finalize closure documentation, secure approval from project sponsor, and formally release project team members.
