Tasks In this role, you'll provide strategic client consulting, manage projects internally, and actively develop healthcare provision. Specifically, this involves: • Strategic consulting for clients in developing and implementing concepts that drive healthcare changes. • Leading discussions with clients and external stakeholders (e.g., political decision-makers, self-governance, associations) including comprehensive content preparation and follow-up. • Creating argumentative lines, position papers, and presentations. • Analyzing healthcare supply challenges and political decision-making processes. • Team project responsibility (3-4 persons): Prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and steering project content development. • Close coordination with department heads for strategic project advancement. • Building and maintaining relevant networks and positioning clients in political and professional discourses. • Conceptualizing, executing, and following up on events. An example project might involve: A pharmaceutical company launching a medication with a novel application method (tablet instead of injection). Since physician billing catalogs include injection procedures, doctors cannot bill their effort for dispensing the new tablet. The pharmaceutical company commissions our client to ensure billing figures are adjusted or a new billing code is introduced. Qualifications Must have: • Completed degree in healthcare, public health, political or economic sciences. • Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare professional experience (e.g., ministry, health insurance, self-governance, manufacturing, consulting). • Robust network in healthcare politics and/or self-governance. • Passion for political questions and decision-making processes. • Fluent German and English. Nice to have: • Experience with decision processes in G-BA, InEK, or Market Access, Reimbursement, Public Affairs. • Consulting experience.
