About the Role

This role involves managing the end-to-end proposal process, from initial scoping to final submission, while working closely with subject matter experts and client teams to develop persuasive, high-quality responses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and coordination of comprehensive proposal documents
  • Work with technical teams to gather and refine content for submissions
  • Ensure all client requirements are accurately addressed in proposals
  • Manage timelines and deadlines across multiple concurrent proposals
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates and standard content
  • Conduct research to support client-specific solutions and value propositions
  • Review drafts for clarity, consistency, and compliance
  • Collaborate with design and editing teams to enhance document quality
  • Support business development strategies through data-driven insights
  • Track and analyze win/loss metrics to improve future submissions
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities
  • Participate in client discovery and kickoff meetings
  • Maintain a centralized repository of proposal materials
  • Train team members on proposal best practices and processes
  • Coordinate input from legal, finance, and technical departments
  • Ensure alignment between proposal content and strategic objectives
  • Draft executive summaries and client-facing narratives
  • Manage version control and document revisions
  • Support the development of case studies and success stories
  • Respond to requests for qualifications and information
  • Assist in pricing and resource planning discussions
  • Monitor industry trends relevant to client sectors
  • Facilitate internal reviews and feedback sessions
  • Ensure brand and messaging consistency across submissions
  • Escalate risks and resource constraints proactively
