Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in SNS marketing, PR, or digital advertising within the gaming, entertainment, or consumer tech industries.
- Proven experience in managing paid media/performance marketing campaigns (specifically Paid Social).
- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate them into simple, actionable recommendations for the team.
- Deep understanding of the Japanese gaming community and social media landscape.
- Native-level Japanese and Business-level English (written and spoken) are required for collaboration with regional and global teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience on the agency side managing gaming clients is a plus.
