Responsibilities

- Transform campaign elements such as key visuals and core messaging into various digital formats for paid media, social platforms, and custom digital interactions, ensuring brand alignment and intentionality.
- Utilize Figma to create detailed mockups, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems that effectively convey concepts to clients and internal collaborators.
- Work hand-in-hand with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to build unified and powerful digital experiences that resonate on a personal level.
- Uphold consistent brand expression by applying fundamental brand guidelines across all creative materials.
- Communicate user experience design principles clearly to both clients and team members, turning intricate design concepts into understandable and persuasive stories.
- Support and coach junior design talent, promoting a work culture rooted in craftsmanship, exploration, and client focus.
