Responsibilities
- Generate and coordinate REVIT models and construction drawings on a daily basis
- Create, examine, and authorize technical drawings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary design and drafting groups
- Develop design deliverables of moderate to significant complexity under suitable oversight
- Develop precise drawings according to project requirements and industry benchmarks
- Draft technical specifications, reports, and associated data tables
- Extract material quantities, measurements, and floor area calculations from REVIT models
- Conduct fundamental architectural computations
- Evaluate and interpret documentation from vendors, subcontractors, and external design firms
- Ensure designs adhere to applicable regulations, permits, and architectural standards
- Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms for managing documents and coordination
- Annotate and revise drawings using Adobe PDF tools and operate efficiently within Microsoft Office suite

- Applicant must be a British national due to client security clearance requirements
- Mandatory in-office presence every Wednesday in Manchester
- Required office day in London
- Flexible hybrid schedule allowing 2–3 work-from-home days per week
- Potential rotation to Warrington for staff based in Manchester
