Responsibilities
- Support the planning, design, and execution of landscape components in architecture and urban design projects at multiple scales, integrating ecological, social, and spatial considerations.
- Create landscape design concepts and detailed documentation, including planting plans, public space layouts, and open space networks that align with urban design principles.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams such as urban design, transportation, water, and engineering to ensure cohesive landscape integration within overall project goals.
- Prepare and evaluate technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for landscape elements, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
- Utilize digital design tools including AutoCAD, Revit, GIS, and Adobe Suite for design development, visualization, and documentation purposes.
- Advance sustainability initiatives by applying nature-based solutions, climate resilience strategies, and low-impact development techniques.
- Assist in formulating design guidelines, landscape standards, and best practices under the guidance of senior staff.
