Develop and deliver AI-driven features for end users, taking full responsibility for outcomes within a defined domain.
Architect and implement complete RAG systems tailored to specific use cases, including data segmentation, model selection, retrieval tuning, and performance assessment.
Manage the entire AI product development cycle, including prompt engineering, state handling, agent workflows, response parsing, error management, and secure deployment.
Create evaluation datasets and automated testing pipelines to validate AI feature performance before and after updates.
Implement monitoring systems for live AI features, including logging, anomaly detection, quality tracking, and alerting mechanisms.
Work closely with Product and Design to define AI feature scope and direction from foundational concepts, contributing as a strategic partner in development.
Collaborate with the GenAI Platform team to define infrastructure requirements and promote the use of internal tools and platforms.
Guide fellow engineers through code reviews, collaborative coding sessions, and hands-on technical leadership on AI initiatives.
