Responsibilities
- Manage the setup, deployment, and ongoing administration of multiple enterprise-level software platforms across business units.
- Independently handle software updates, maintain critical workflows, and resolve issues for assigned applications.
- Identify and suggest enhancements that improve the value and efficiency of licensed software investments.
- Deliver advanced technical support and root cause analysis for complex application problems.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve technical challenges with limited reliance on outside assistance.
- Assist engineering teams in establishing and documenting API integrations between systems.
- Identify automation opportunities across integrated platforms to minimize manual processes.
- Ensure all applications and access credentials comply with organizational security standards.
- Identify compliance risks and coordinate with security teams to implement recommended practices.
- Conduct routine license reviews and remove user access to maintain application security.
- Develop and keep up-to-date detailed documentation for configurations, applications, and operational procedures.
- Produce and share regular reports on application performance, historical trends, and future enhancements.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with business stakeholders during incident resolution and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with teams to advise on optimal system use cases and provide input on business requirement development.
- Train and guide less experienced team members and end users on application best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners during contract renewals to ensure seamless continuation of services.
- Support assessments of new software solutions and propose consolidation where feasible.
- Regularly analyze competing tools in the market to maintain a leading-edge technology environment.
