Responsibilities
- Monitor applications actively to ensure continuous functionality
- Manage and resolve incidents and problems efficiently
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues affecting systems
- Deliver temporary fixes and permanent solutions to maintain service standards
- Participate in deployment and release processes
- Assist clients during onboarding and resolve application issues
- Identify areas for automation and improvements in monitoring practices
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure system reliability and performance
- Establish and maintain strong collaboration with business units and IT departments
- Design technical solutions that enhance operational stability
- Create and maintain documentation for operational tasks and governance as a Technical Product Manager
- Support project teams in configuring CI/CD pipelines
- Work within big data environments requiring low-latency processing
- Analyze requirements, research solutions, implement changes, and prepare related documentation
