Responsibilities

• Move quickly while accelerating learning, deploying updates frequently to gather insights from actual user interactions.
• Use event data and analytics to inform strategic, high-value decisions.
• Create features that delight users by developing new capabilities and resolving bugs to enhance the app and website experience.
• Oversee release management through Google Play Store deployments and monitor app stability using tools such as Crashlytics.
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions.
• Help define the long-term direction of the platform by collaborating with engineers to refine architecture, adopt scalable practices, and integrate tools that improve quality and efficiency.
• Remain adaptable and contribute where needed, whether tackling unfamiliar challenges or supporting work across different layers of the stack.
• Advance product growth by designing and running A/B tests to refine user pathways and identify key engagement drivers.
