What You'll Do
Support the development and execution of financial advisory services for impact-driven enterprises across Vietnam. Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial modeling, and prepare key transaction materials such as valuation analyses, investor presentations, and deal memos. Guide enterprises through readiness processes, from structuring financing to negotiation support.
Engage directly with investors to expand outreach and tailor advisory offerings before and after investment. Facilitate communication between project teams, document progress, and maintain accurate tracking systems. Contribute to research on economic trends, sector dynamics, and market risks to inform strategic decisions.
Participate in site visits, assist in proposal development, and support business development through data analysis and reporting. Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve output quality. Help onboard new enterprises and investors to the platform and contribute to impact verification processes using established assessment frameworks.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
- Have at least three years of experience in corporate finance, investment advisory, management consulting, or entrepreneurial support ecosystems
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in financial modeling, including DCF and relative valuation techniques
- Produce clear, well-structured investment briefs and analytical documents
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, and public sector actors
- Be fluent in English and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Show initiative, adaptability, and comfort working remotely within a cross-border team
- Bring cultural awareness and a deep understanding of Vietnam’s SME landscape
- Be driven by a mission to advance social and environmental outcomes through market-based solutions
