Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to collect business requirements and convert intricate operational challenges into structured, scalable quantitative studies.
  • Collaborate with departments to derive strategic insights from data analysis, form high-impact recommendations, and present findings through clear narratives and detailed visualizations.
  • Facilitate teamwork with stakeholders and peers to build accurate, scalable, and business-aligned datasets, reports, dashboards, and analyses for both day-to-day and long-term initiatives.
  • Create reliable data models using methodologies like Kimball or dimensional modeling techniques.
  • Manage and enhance data reconciliation and transformation workflows, actively seeking ways to automate processes and improve data quality, consistency, and integrity.
  • Promote strong data governance by integrating best practices into daily operations and guiding teams on how to discover, access, and use data effectively.
  • Support the evolution of internal event tracking and A/B testing infrastructure through ongoing refinement and innovation.
  • Build predictive and classification models to aid strategic efforts in Product, Customer Success, and Marketing functions.
  • Coach junior team members on sound analytical methods, dashboard creation, and data storytelling to ensure consistently high-quality, actionable outputs.
