- Transform large-scale data sets into critical alerts and practical business insights.
- Develop automated systems to proactively detect and prevent revenue leakage while optimizing hotel positioning versus competitors.
- Own and maintain key commercial performance metrics, including RGI and lead-time distribution trends.
- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance, delivering root-cause analysis for observed trends.
- Detect deviations from budget and forecast at regional and property levels, highlighting risks and opportunities promptly.
- Design automated detection for revenue management exceptions such as abnormal booking pace and pricing misalignment.
- Flag hotels with significant deviations from historical or market booking patterns.
- Identify properties violating competitive pricing or brand price-parity guidelines.
- Establish automated reporting workflows to deliver urgent alerts directly to regional decision-makers.
- Measure and analyze the financial uplift from the Revenue Management System by comparing automated recommendations to manual changes.
- Review system configurations to ensure accurate responses to evolving market conditions.
- Deliver data-driven suggestions to improve system logic and increase top-line revenue.
- Monitor the application and effectiveness of revenue management tactics like minimum stay requirements and refundability mix.

- Responsible for transforming vast datasets into high-stakes alerts and actionable insights.
- You will be responsible for building the automated systems that catch revenue leakages before they happen and ensure our hotels are perfectly positioned against the competition.
- Advanced Performance Monitoring & KPI Ownership: Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of Commercial Performance Indicators, tracking everything from RGI (Revenue Generation Index) to lead-time distribution.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends, providing the Senior Manager with synthesized "Why" analysis behind the numbers.
- Identify regional and property-level variances against budget and forecast, flagging risks and opportunities in real-time.
- Automation of Pricing & Revenue Management Exceptions: Design and implement automated detection systems to identify RM exceptions, such as: - Pace Outliers: Hotels significantly ahead or behind historical and market booking curves - Pricing Integrity: Properties priced out of their competitive set or violating brand price-parity standards.
- Create automated reporting workflows that push these "critical alerts" directly to regional stakeholders for immediate intervention.
- RMS (Revenue Management System) Uplift & Optimization: Analyze and quantify the "Uplift" generated by the RMS, validating the system's recommendations against manual overrides.
- Audit system settings and configurations to ensure the algorithm is reacting correctly to changing market dynamics.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to the Senior Manager on how to fine-tune system logic to capture more top-line revenue.
- RM Levers & Strategy Monitoring: Track the usage and effectiveness of specific Revenue Management levers (e.g., Minimum Length of Stay, Non-Refundable vs. Flexible mix, and Overbooking limits).
- Evaluate the impact of tactical commercial decisions on total RevPAR and GOPPAR.
- Support the Senior Manager in "Transversal Projects" by providing the deep-dive data needed to evaluate new commercial pilot programs.
