We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Applications Management-Senior AM Engineer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and management for our Microsoft Dynamics applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency for our organization. - Lead and manage the support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics applications for the organization - Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency - Develop and implement best practices for application support, maintenance, and optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members - Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues - Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations - Participate in project planning and execution for system upgrades and new implementations - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies
