Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics platforms across the organization
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical problems within Microsoft Dynamics environments to maintain high system availability
- Design and apply best practices for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing application performance
- Work with diverse teams to drive process improvements and implement system upgrades
- Offer technical leadership and coaching to less experienced team members
- Oversee and prioritize incoming support requests to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Perform routine system audits and performance evaluations to proactively identify issues
- Develop and keep current detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and procedures
- Support planning and delivery of system updates and new deployments
- Keep current with evolving Microsoft Dynamics features and related technology advancements
