About the Role
This role involves leading video ad creation and post-production using AI technologies, aligning with marketing goals, iterating based on performance data, and pushing creative boundaries while ensuring compliance and brand consistency across digital platforms including adult-adjacent spaces.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-converting video advertisements optimized for digital platforms such as social media and adult websites, with a focus on user acquisition and engagement
- Lead end-to-end editing and post-production workflows to deliver visually dynamic and emotionally resonant marketing content that drives conversions
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to ideate and storyboard campaigns grounded in performance metrics and strategic objectives
- Utilize generative AI tools including Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway to enhance creative quality and accelerate production cycles
- Uphold strong visual storytelling standards while rapidly iterating based on feedback and performance data
- Adapt video assets across formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements to maximize reach and effectiveness
- Stay current with trends in short-form video advertising and adult-adjacent content to introduce innovative creative concepts
- Ensure all content adheres to platform rules and brand standards while exploring bold, creative directions
