Responsibilities
- Develop agentic systems and full-stack prototypes from start to finish, delivering an initial version within days and refining based on real-world usage.
- Monitor the latest developments in AI, including new models, agent patterns, and protocols like MCP, and convert promising ideas into functional prototypes rather than presentations.
- Design experiments to evaluate concepts based on quality, latency, cost, and user impact.
- Collaborate directly with internal users, product managers, and customers to validate ideas early and make rapid adjustments.
- Transform validated prototypes into reference implementations and documentation that product teams can use, then hand off the work and proceed to the next project.
- Provide product and platform teams with specific feedback on where AI capabilities excel and where they have limitations.
- Adapt to shifting priorities across initiatives, applying knowledge gained from one project to the next.
