Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a strategic AI product vision that supports organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Research market trends and user behavior to uncover AI opportunities in training, compliance, and frontline operations.
  • Evaluate existing AI offerings in industrial and connected worker platforms to inform product decisions.
  • Work with leadership, sales, and customer support teams to align AI projects with business impact.
  • Run rapid discovery efforts to test the viability, user value, and return on investment of AI concepts.
  • Transform advanced AI functionalities into intuitive, user-centered product features.
  • Specify product requirements, user stories, and technical details for AI capabilities such as conversational interfaces, search functions, predictive insights, and automated content generation.
  • Coordinate with engineering and data science teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Create measurable KPIs to track usage, accuracy, and business impact of AI features.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to craft clear, persuasive messaging around AI products.
  • Prepare go-to-market strategies including training materials, sales tools, and communication plans.
  • Monitor post-launch performance, study user engagement, and lead optimization efforts.
  • Gather structured user feedback to guide ongoing product refinement.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand real-world challenges and validate AI solutions.
  • Explain complex AI concepts in simple, accessible language for diverse audiences.
  • Provide leadership and stakeholders with regular updates on roadmap progress, risks, and results.
  • Support customer-facing teams with demonstrations, documentation, and product insights.
