Responsibilities

Develop full-stack AI features from React/TypeScript frontend to Node.js/Python backend, incorporating real-time streaming, resilient design, and human-in-the-loop workflows
Transform advanced AI functionalities such as retrieval-augmented generation, agent-based processes, and structured reasoning into intuitive experiences for compliance users
Collaborate with AI engineering teams to define API interfaces and output formats, ensuring seamless integration of AI systems into product workflows
Ensure AI behaviors are translated into practical, user-friendly interactions that align with compliance practitioner needs
Champion user needs in technical discussions; identify failure points in model outputs and refine product responses
Design in-product mechanisms to collect user feedback on AI quality and convert insights into improvements for AI teams
Implement product analytics for AI features including latency, user engagement, task success, and drop-off rates, supported by integration and end-to-end testing
Create reusable architectural components—such as streaming utilities, feedback modules, and AI state handling—to speed up future development
