Responsibilities
- Develop AI-driven product features from front-end to back-end, ensuring real-time streaming and user interaction.
- Convert AI capabilities into intuitive interactions for compliance professionals.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers to establish API contracts and output schemas, ensuring seamless integration of AI workflows.
- Advocate for the user's needs in technical decisions, identifying and addressing model output issues.
- Create user feedback mechanisms to assess and improve AI output quality.
- Monitor AI features with product-level observability, including latency, engagement, and task completion metrics.
- Develop reusable patterns to accelerate future AI feature development.
- Guide and mentor engineers new to AI product development, participating in design reviews with technical expertise and product insight.
